Texas
Water Data for Texas, Texas Water Development Board (TWDB). TWDB publishes estimated daily average water levels, storage and percent full for Texas reservoirs, based on gauges operated by TWDB, the U.S. Geological Survey, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and river authorities. Data are provisional and may be revised.
How the numbers are used
- Percent full is TWDB's figure: conservation storage divided by conservation capacity.
- vs. full pool is today's level minus the conservation pool elevation published by TWDB.
- 10-year average for this date uses the reading closest to the same calendar date (within 3 days) in each of the last 10 years.
- Records cover the full TWDB series for that lake; early decades are monthly values.
